Ultra-rare photo dug up from a Waco news paper archive of one of the old Moe Funk tour buses. The article in theWaco News headline read, "NEW ROCK BAND ARRIVES, LOCAL TENSIONS HEIGHTEN "Taco at the helm, pulls into Waco TX in 41'. That same night three roadies were verbally accosted by locals who, "did not go for that brand of music". The scene later escalated into a street riot. In a flurry of broken glass, burning tires and foul language, fourteen locals were injured by drunken molotov-cocktail wielding band workers. It was referred to as "the night that rock band came to town" for years. Greg Lime was not to be seen for weeks after the incident and was later picked up in a San Antonio soup kitchen claiming to have had nothing to do with Moe Funk or the Waco mayhem. After three days of hospitalization he did admit to being in the band.
